Returns are only allowed for outerwear range and purchases made online via www.jockey.in, a request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds are credited to the source of payment within 14 business days of return completion.

Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days in metro cities and 2-7 business days in rest of India.

A shipping charge of Rs 30 is levied on orders below Rs 499, and Rs 40 is charged as convenience fee for COD orders.
